WHY LIGHTHOUSE EXISTS

Strip away the industry and my job has always been the same thing: build the commercial engine, drive the team, push the whole thing to the next level. I've done it running system rollouts on the mines, taking a medical-device division international, and across ERP and software for the last decade. Different products, different markets - underneath, the same work every time.

Lighthouse is me doing that on purpose. I saw the gap clearly: businesses have the product and the delivery talent, but rarely the person in the middle who actually owns how revenue gets made. So I built Lighthouse to be exactly that - and to put everything I've learned, across every industry I've worked in, to work building engines for software.

I don't hand over a strategy deck and disappear. I build the system with you, drive it alongside your team, and keep pushing until growth stops being a guessing game.
